  • • Device Information: Mobile device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • • Usage Data: App features accessed, time spent in app, screens viewed, crash reports and error logs

  • • Service Providers: We use third-party service providers for database hosting (Neon/PostgreSQL), file storage (Uploadcare for document uploads), and app infrastructure (Expo/Anything). These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to keep it confidential.
  • • Program Administrators: Application data may be shared with program administrators who oversee the solar panel distribution program for Cuba.
  • • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity (you will be notified via email).

We Do NOT:

  • • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • • Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
  • • Use your information for purposes unrelated to the solar panel program
