- • Service Providers: We use third-party service providers for database hosting (Neon/PostgreSQL), file storage (Uploadcare for document uploads), and app infrastructure (Expo/Anything). These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to keep it confidential.
- • Program Administrators: Application data may be shared with program administrators who oversee the solar panel distribution program for Cuba.
- • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity (you will be notified via email).
We Do NOT:
- • Sell your personal information to third parties
- • Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
- • Use your information for purposes unrelated to the solar panel program

7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in Europe). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
